Josefine has previous experience from Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå where she was a part of the firm’s corporate practice group and primarily worked within the areas of equity capital markets, M&A, and corporate governance. During her time at Gernandt & Danielsson, Josefine was also seconded to an investment firm specialized in companies within the tech sector. Josefine holds a LL.M. from Stockholm University.

Johannes has previous experience in strategy development and change management at one of the largest banks in the Nordics. Before that, he worked at Transaction Advisory Services at EY, focusing on advising on carve-outs and divestitures, as well as operational and commercial due diligence. Johannes holds a MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Royal Institute of Technology.

Alexander has previous experience from investment banking at Rothschild & Co, where he primarily worked on transactions within telecom, real estate, and infrastructure. Before that, Alexander worked at Verdane with private equity investments within technology and software. Alexander has a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Steven has previous experience of consolidation in other companies listed at Large Cap where he also worked with implementation of new accounting standards, consolidation system, and integration of acquisitions. Prior experience includes auditing at PwC, specifically with small and mid-sized companies, as well as financial due diligence. Steven holds a degree in business administration.

Nassif has previous experience from international private equity investments and corporate development. He has worked with commercial and financial due diligence, business development, and project financing for both government-owned and privately owned funds. Nassif previous employers include Swedfund International, PAI Partners, and a renewable energy growth company within the Axel Johnson group. During his studies he was also the co-founder of a company within energy efficiency. Nassif has a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology.

Mikael has previous experience from Transaction Advisory Services at EY, focusing on operational and commercial due diligence. Before EY, he worked at Investment AB Öresund, where he focused on investments in small and medium-sized Swedish companies. He also has experience founding and running online retail businesses. In the 2000s, Mikael was among the world’s elite in online poker.

Bartosz has previously worked in accounting and financial analysis for Nitton93, Sareq's first investment. During his studies, he co-founded a construction company specializing in interior and exterior home renovations, where he handled administration, project management, and project follow-up. At Sareq, Bartosz is responsible for accounting and reporting for some of our acquired companies. He holds a degree in business administration with a focus on external accounting.

Joakim has previous experience in operational and commercial due diligence as well as change and integration work from Transaction Advisory Services at EY. During his time at EY, he was also seconded to one of the largest private equity firms in the Nordics. His other prior experience includes work with start-ups, banking, and law firms. Joakim holds degrees in both economics and law.

Joachim has over 30 years of experience from industry, management consulting and private equity, focusing on designing and implementing strategic and operational improvement programs. He has previously worked at companies like Sandvik, Unilever, Boston Consulting Group, Egon Zehnder, AlixPartners, Triton, and EY. From 2016 to 2023, he was Senior Vice President Nordics and responsible for Global Business Solutions EMEA at TD SYNNEX, the world's leading IT distributor. Joachim has a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.

Robert previously worked as a management consultant at EY and Accenture Strategy, where he led M&A, strategy, and transformation projects for both Large Cap and smaller companies. After his consulting career, he was responsible for market expansion and building the commercial function at a Swedish tech scale-up. Robert holds a degree in business administration.

Erik has previous experience from Transaction Advisory Services at EY, focusing on operational and commercial due diligence. Previously, he was CEO of Robust AB, one of the largest security door manufacturers in the Nordics, and a management consultant at Applied Value, primarily focusing on investments and improvement initiatives for portfolio companies. While at Applied Value, Erik spent two years in Hong Kong, focusing on procurement and production issues.
