We take on the role of majority owners and partners in market-leading specialised Nordic companies with revenues between SEK 50-300 million and an operating profit (EBITA) of at least 10%. Understanding the company's business model is crucial for us to identify how we can add value strategically and operationally. We prefer that founders and key personnel stay on as minority owners and remain actively involved in the company.
