We are seeking an Associate to join our team (with flexibility regarding the start date). As an Associate at Sareq, you will work with both investing and management consulting by looking at new acquisitions and supporting the portfolio companies we already have..
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and potential acquisitions
- Participate in management presentations and assist the Deal team in various Due Diligence areas
- Prepare investment materials and financial models for ongoing investment processes
- Support existing portfolio companies in implementing their strategies by assisting or run ongoing strategic projects
We believe that you...
- Are in the final stages of or recently graduated in finance, economics, industrial engineering & management, or similar fields
- Have previous experience in entrepreneurship, startups, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles
- Are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
- Have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software. Experience in financial modeling is a plus
