Monika Elling, born 1962, has a BSc in Economics & Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics combined with MBA studies at McGill University. Monika Elling is a Board Member at AP4 and X Share as well as Chairman of the Board at Talent Eye. Monika has experience as CEO, CFO, Investor Relations in listed companies and as Stock Market Analyst at SEB Enskilda. Monika has previous board experience from several companies including Didner & Gerge, Marshall Group, RnB Retail and Brands, Björn Borg, Ljung & Sjöberg and Lindex. Monika has worked in various operational and finance roles at companies such as Sandvik, Assa Abloy, Securitas, Intrum Justitia and Poolia.

Björn Forssell, born in 1976, represents the main owners on the Sareq Board of Directors and is also a Board Member at Rusta. He has a long career within sales and category management and as an entrepreneur with a focus on trading with the Asian market. Björn has an MBA in International Business from Temple University i Philadelphia in the United States.

Ann Grevelius, born is 1966, has a BSc in Finance & Management from Uppsala University. Ann Grevelius has extensive experience from banking and asset management , where she has had several roles including Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Swedish and Nordic equity at Handelsbanken and SEB. Ann has also been a Partner at GP Bullhound with focus on Venture Capital within the Tech sector. Furthermore. Ann is the founder of the Fintech company Opti and an active advisor to a number of smaller growth companies. Currently, Ann is a Board member at Aktia Bank in Finland, European Smaller Companies Trust in the UK, Stenvalvet, Slättö Förvaltning, OX2, Aura Group, Stena Sessan and Chairman of the Board at Opti. She is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee at the Foundation of Strategic Research and has previous experience as a Board member of Nasdaq's Listing Committee.

Mikael Norbäck, born in 1979, is Co-founder of Sareq and Chief Investment Officer (CIO). He has previous experience from Transaction Advisory Services at EY, focusing on operational and commercial due diligence. Before EY, he worked at Investment AB Öresund, where he focused on investments in small and medium-sized Swedish companies. He also has experience founding and running online retail businesses. In the 2000s, Mikael was among the world’s elite in online poker.

Gabriel Svedberg, born in 1967, is a lawyer and Partner at Lindahl Law Firm. Gabriel has previously worked within the IT-sector in various roles including head of M&A processes at TietoEnator. Gabriel's work as a lawyer is focused on M&A, commercial agreements within IT and Life Science and data protection matters.
